Well my 33rd b-day was last Friday, Oct. 3 and it was a pretty lucky one for some reason! I was off work that day because we had a yard sale. I ended up making approx $144 which was good considering it was about a 5 family or more sale. That morning I listened to the Bullet WWBL to hear my b-day be announced and I ended up winning the Subway card! Everyone teases me that the Bullet loves me. I won $64 worth of Palestine Rodeo tickets a month ago, then my name got put in the pot this past week for a 5 day stay in Nashville, TN too! Also, that evening I played Bingo at WC with my sister-in-law Jessica and my mother-in-law. I won $140 all together there! I got home late Friday night and my beautiful girls had gotten me a pretty orangish colored mum in an orange basket. It was so nice and looks great outside next to our pumpkins. We had some pumpkins pop up at home that we didn't intentionally plant and they ended up being very nice and large!! I'm proud of them. After we carve jack-o-lanterns I'm going to toss the guts and seeds in the same corner of the garage and see if we'll end up with more next year! I took some great pics of Olivia beside the mum and pumpkins. My computer is not working at home but I'll post these ASAP!
Speaking of Olivia, she is really starting to crawl now! I left her this morning on the carpet in the living room and then I started hearing pitter patting of her hands on the floor by the front door! She is obsessed with our shoes but she wants to eat them so I have to hide them! Yesterday I stayed home from work because Kayla had a headache and Liv was fussy and I think she's teething. Anyway, I was peeling potatoes for soup and I sat her on the left side of the kitchen sink while I peeled into the right side. She wouldn't let me get 5 inches away from her yesterday! She started trying to reach for the peelings over the top of the sink and wanted to chow them down! Anyway, at supper time she really enjoyed the soup!
