Update on Landon

Yesterday evening Landon & his parents left Jasper hospital and drove to Cincinnati where the doctors are more familiar with Landon to see if they could help him get better faster. I spoke to my Aunt Peggy (Landon's g-ma) a little while ago and Tonya had called her earlier this morning. She said they have done x-rays and labs and were concerned about his extra full bladder. They are going to catheterize him to drain his bladder and said he'll get like instant relief. His bladder is pushing against his colon causing his tummy to be so distended and him to feel miserable. I don't think he's vomited for a while now which is good. They don't want him to eat or drink for two days so they can watch his bladder and kidneys a little closer. They want to make sure they are functioning properly. I'm sure this will not be easy because Landon likes to eat! What 2 year old doesn't? At least now he's where the doctors know his case a little better and hopefully get him well before Santa comes! Continue to pray for Landon Wade and his family especially if they have to drive in any bad weather conditions when they come home. I'll keep everyone updated as I receive word!
